Account deletion and privacy requests

How to delete your cupp account, what remains, and how to request help without the app.
Delete or request deletion
In the cupp app or website, open Account → Delete account. Review the consequences and confirm. If you cannot use those controls or no longer have the app, email chandler@cupp-coffee.com with the subject Account deletion. Identify the email or phone used for the account. We will verify ownership before taking action; do not email passwords or identity documents. You do not need an active account to ask for help.
Before you delete
Deletion removes account access, ordinary profile details, saved payment methods, usuals, messages, and contact choices. Unused reward points and rewards are forfeited. An active Coffee Pass ends immediately without an automatic refund of unused paid time. To stop renewal and keep access through the paid period instead, use the Coffee Pass cancellation controls before deciding whether to delete the account. Mandatory refund rights remain.
Purchased gift-card value is not forfeited. Deletion removes wallet access, so save the card identifier and purchase details and contact support for balance recovery. Recovery is also available after deletion, subject to verification.
An active paid order must be completed before the automated deletion flow can finish. Contact support if you need help resolving an order or cannot complete deletion.
Records retained after deletion
We retain financial records needed for accounting, refunds, gift-card obligations, fraud prevention, and disputes, and necessary evidence of terms agreement and contact choices. These can contain internal customer and payment identifiers. Gift delivery records may contain sender and recipient details for fulfillment and support. The Privacy policy describes these purposes and your request options. Provider records, backups, and logs have separate retention. Ask us about deletion of personal information retained outside your profile; legal and operational exceptions may apply.
