Shift Leader

Keep the team supported and the shift moving. As a Shift Leader at soldrip, you'll work alongside Baristas while coordinating daily service, setting priorities, and helping solve problems as they come up. This is an entry-level leadership role for someone who enjoys coffee, guest service, and helping a team do its best work.

What you’ll do

  • Perform Barista duties and set the example for drink quality, guest service, and a well-kept shop.
  • Coordinate shift tasks and help teammates stay focused on the most important work.
  • Handle day-to-day guest concerns and team issues, involving management when needed.
  • Follow cash-management procedures and help resolve basic point-of-sale and equipment issues.
  • Help train team members and reinforce soldrip's operating procedures.
  • Keep management informed about issues that need follow-up.

What you’ll bring

  • Retail or customer-service experience.
  • A friendly, dependable approach and clear communication skills.
  • The ability to organize work, support teammates, and stay composed during busy service.
  • Previous shift-leadership experience is preferred.
