Barista

Help make someone's day brighter, one drink at a time. As a Barista at soldrip, you'll welcome guests, prepare coffee and other drinks, and help keep the shop running smoothly. We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with others and are curious about coffee.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and help them find something they'll enjoy.
  • Prepare coffee and non-coffee drinks using soldrip recipes, espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
  • Take orders, use the point-of-sale system, and follow payment and cash-handling procedures.
  • Keep the bar, equipment, and guest areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
  • Work with teammates to keep orders accurate and service moving during busy periods.
