Assistant Manager

Help build a shop that guests enjoy and a team that works well together. As an Assistant Manager at soldrip, you'll support store management, coach team members, and help turn daily operating standards into consistent service. We're looking for someone with customer-service and leadership experience who wants to take on more responsibility in store management.

What you’ll do

  • Perform Barista and Shift Leader duties while supporting the store's daily operations.
  • Help train and coach team members, giving clear direction and useful feedback.
  • Support management in putting soldrip procedures into practice and identifying where the team needs help.
  • Resolve guest and team concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Help manage cash procedures, prioritize work, and maintain an organized shop.
  • Set a consistent example for guest service, teamwork, and accountability.

What you’ll bring

  • Retail or customer-service experience and prior leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
  • A friendly, professional approach to guests and teammates.
  • Confidence handling cash-management responsibilities and competing priorities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
